YEAR 29 - 2020 

This was the year no one thought would happen…EVER! We had to cancel the conference due to the COVID 19 virus with only weeks to go before we all assembled at Trail West. Our Planning Committee met by conference call and we carried out the work to refund everyone’s money. Kudos went out to Registration and the Treasurer this year for doing double duty; to first gather and then refund money as quickly as possible. With heavy hearts, we said goodbye (virtually) to the year that didn’t happen and began planning for 2021!  One Day at a Time!

YEAR 30 - 2021

This year was our first VIRTUAL conference we have ever held. Due to the COVID19 pandemic we were not able to meeting in person for the second year in a row. We decided that the theme "We Pause" for 2020 was perfect for a pandemic challenged year, so we decided to carry it into the 2021 year. 

​

We had 235 women register for the free one-day online event with an estimated 60-70% attendance, a huge success in free online events.  Our Conference Planning Committee, especially the Website Committee,  is forever grateful for assistance from the International Women's Conference organizers who guided us through the unknown... interactive agendas; role assignments and training for greeters, tech hosts, room coordinators; and in-person support the day of the conference.​​
