COLORADO
WOMAN TO WOMAN

What are some of the accessibilities?
Trail West main buildings are accessible to walkers or wheelchairs, and have a few rooms that are designed to be accessible (special rooming needs may be requested during registration).
What are some of the things I can do between meetings?
Some of the women go and mediate, yoga, hike, sit by the fire in the Great Room and rekindle/make new friendships from all over are the goals.
Are recreational drugs or alcohol allowed?
One reason we chose a Young Life camp location for our weekend, was to have a drug and alcohol free
location in support of our programs.
Are RV's or campers allowed?
We are situated on the side of a mountain with limited vehicle parking. We will always find parking for registrants’ cars but have no room or hook-ups for larger vehicles.
Are children or babies allowed?
Many of our women use the weekend as a respite from parenting. We honor the expectation of a quiet weekend of self-care by asking you to leave children behind.
Can I bring my spouse?
Our conference focuses on the issues facing women. Many attendees use this weekend as a break from family responsibilities and an opportunity to focus on themselves.
We recognize that the language around gender continues to evolve, and that not everyone has the same ideas about what the terms mean. We apologize for any stumbles we may make and hope that love and tolerance will remain the code for everyone.
Can I bring my pet?
Some of our breakout meeting rooms are small with women sitting shoulder to shoulder. We recognize that some women have a fear of animals and others have allergies. We ask that you leave your pets at home.
Consideration will be given to registered service animals on a case by case basis.
What is the refund policy?
Registering for the W2W Conference helps support the long-term sustainability of Colorado W2W.
Our annual budget is carefully planned, and after covering conference expenses,
we maintain only a modest reserve.
Because of this, please note the following:
-
All registrations are non-refundable once completed.
-
If there is a waitlist, we may be able to transfer your registration to someone on the
waitlist once they have paid and taken your reserved spot.
These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. -
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to donate all or a portion
of your registration fee to support Colorado W2W.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us continue this important work.
FAQs/Q & A
We have been asked, over the years, the following questions and wanted to include them here.
As a result of these considerations, the Planning Committee through group conscience process we concluded and established the following constraints noting our reasoning for each decision:
What are some of the amenities?
First Class Facilities, Stunning Grounds Swimming Pool (seasonal), and Hot Tub (year-round),
Internet, Recreation Areas, Coffee Shop and Gift Shop
Trail West Lodge rooms have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and towels.
Along with a hair dryer, box fan and a mini fridge.
Condos/Chalets have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and towels.
Bathrooms have a hair dryer and bedroom closets will have a box fan.
Full kitchens are available for cooking.
Can I stay off-site or is there a day registration?
We secure the entire facility for our conference. Pricing, established with the Young Life association who owns and manages the facility, is all-inclusive to cover lodging, meals, speakers, and other conference expenses. We do not set pricing for each individual element or day of the conference.
Can I request a certain room, chalet or condo?
While we aren’t able to take requests for specific rooms, chalets, or condos, you will absolutely be placed in the accommodation type you selected during registration. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your spot at the conference—and your lodging—is secured.
Because this is a conference (rather than a traditional hotel stay), room assignments work a bit differently. With lodging for around 175 women, our registration committee thoughtfully organizes placements and does their best to keep groups together whenever possible—we truly appreciate your flexibility!
Room assignments are finalized once all roommates have registered, and you’ll receive your specific room details when you check in on the first day of the conference.
Can I register all my roommates together at the same time?
At this time, the website doesn’t support registering multiple people in a single transaction. To help ensure your group is placed together, please choose one of the following options:
• All members of your group register on the same day, OR
• One person registers on behalf of the entire group.
In either case, please be sure to provide the full names, addresses, phone numbers, fellowship program, if they would like to volunteer, Special Dietary Requests (not guaranteed), and if they have physical limitations for all roommates during the registration process.
*The registration form fulfills multiple purposes for the conference, not just securing a room.
