Registering for the 2026 W2W Conference helps support the long-term sustainability of Colorado W2W.

Our annual budget is carefully planned, and after covering conference expenses, we maintain only a modest reserve.

Because of this, please note the following:

• All registrations are non-refundable once completed.

• If there is a waitlist, we may be able to transfer your registration to someone on the waitlist once they have paid and taken your reserved spot. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to donate all or a portion of your registration fee to support Colorado W2W.
