Registering for the 2024 W2W Conference is, in part, a commitment to supporting the long-term survival of Colorado W2W. Our annual budget allows only a prudent reserve after all expenses. Therefore:

• There are no refunds if you cancel following registration.

  • When we process our wait list registrations, we may refund your registration fee if a participant moves into your reserved spot.

  • This determination is made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Participants may opt to donate all or part of the registration fee​
